Terms and Conditions for Online Sales

Terms
The terms of sale set out here apply to goods supplied by Mina Paintings & Artworks , ordered from the Mina Paintings & Artworks website By continuing with a purchase it is deemed that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

You must be 16 years of age or older to order from the website and by accepting these terms and conditions you are confirming this.

Mina Paintings & Artworks reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice to you in relation to future sales.
These terms do not create any rights to any parties other than the purchaser.
Ownership and Copyright
Once an art work is in your possession you may not publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of an art work to any third party including the internet for any purpose. Copyright belongs to the artist Mina Fakhry. Images of sold paintings may still be used by Mina Paintings & Artworks for any future use including but not limited to advertising, books and other publications, social media and other web based use.
Privacy Policy
Mina Paintings & Artworks is committed to protecting your privacy and will use any personal information collected through our website and mailing list in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. We will take all appropriate measures to ensure your personal information is secure.

The information collected will be used in order to administer our email and postal mailing lists. We will NOT share this information with any third parties. Mina Paintings & Artworks will not use this information for any other way than that described, or disclose it to any third party without your prior consent.

Delivery
All delivery times quoted on the Mina Paintings & Artworks website are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery times. Mina Paintings & Artworks may deliver items from the same order separately but will charge for postage and packing as per the original order.

Goods ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

All work will be sent to you by courier service. In the case of the customer to choose the company that will ship the goods the customer shall bear all responsibility in the event of any damage to the goods and may not request replay or receive compensatory funds for doing so as long as has been delivered to the shipping company intact and conform to the specifications agreed upon. Mina Paints & Artworks will endeavor to provide artwork purchased within 14 days (to the shipping company) to receive payment unless stated otherwise on the website or advise by e-mail from the show at the time of purchase. In all cases, the customer is obliged to pay all shipping charges for arrival The product for the address that is being selected.
If there is no one available at the delivery address to accept delivery of couriered goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or place to collect the goods . Mina Paintings & Artworks cannot accept responsibility for large goods that are returned to the post office and remain uncollected.
A signature will be required on delivery for couriered and special delivery purchases. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address for any order will act as proof that the order has been delivered to you.
Once the art work is considered delivered, responsibility for the work, risk of damage or loss will pass to you and you shall be responsible for insuring the work.
Mina Paintings & Artworks is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay in delivery of an order. Mina Paintings & Artworks is not liable for any damage which occurs to an order after a delivery has been made.
Orders and Prices
Mina Paintings & Artworks use Paypal and Stripe as their online purchasing systems.

Mina Paintings & Artworks accepts payment by any of the credit cards shown as acceptable on the website at time of purchase.
All prices are shown in US dollars and are subject to VAT but not delivery charges unless otherwise stated. These charges where applicable will be added on confirmation of your address and payment details and prior to the order being placed during the payment process.
All prices may be subject to change. Prices for specific works may rise as an edition begins to sell out.
The description and price of goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place your order. Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of purchase. If an error is discovered prior to despatch of your order, Mina Paintings & Artworks will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling your order.

When ordering online your order will be sent to Mina Paintings & Artworks through Paypal or Stripe by email. You will also receive an email receipt to confirm Mina Paintings & Artworks has received your order. Should you not receive an email please contact Mina Paintings & Artworks by email at Mina.fakhry87@yahoo.com .
If you are shopping from outside the Egypt, please contact the gallery directly at Mina.fakhry87@yahoo.com to place your order as terms and conditions, shipping prices and delivery times will differ to those stated on our website.
All painting are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods are out of stock, Mina Paintings & Artworks will inform you and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you for the unavailable goods ( if not available we will discus specify availability and availability when communicating ) .
